Top Technician Winner Announced

The Top Technician Competition winner is announced, at Mercedes Benz World in Surrey.
After a thoroughly interesting day of technical presentations from speakers including Blue Print’s very own Jim Gilmour, Gareth Edwards of Cawdor Cars in Bangor was named the victor of the Top Technician competition. Dan Wright of Clive Atthowe Tuning in Norwich was named this year’s runner up.
Included in the £15,000 worth of prizes, Gareth received a G-Scan – Japan’s No.1 selling Diagnostic Scan Tool – from sponsors Blue Print, which was presented by Marketing Manager Jon Roughley. Dan Wright also received his fair share of prizes and was awarded an AutoVista Platinum package which will allow him to access Blue Print’s new VRM led, technical data and online parts catalogue system, for all makes of vehicle – completely free for one year.
Speaking of his achievement, Welsh mechanic Gareth was quoted by Aftermarket magazine as saying; “I’m so proud. Winning this award is a real achievement for me – I never thought I’d make it this far”
